The switch

From three tabs and a guess to one count and an order.

You already do the count. Parly turns it into the order you would have spent the afternoon piecing together.

Staying put

The spreadsheet, the group chat, and the last-minute order scramble.

  • A spreadsheet that does not know your recipes, so it cannot tell you what you actually used.
  • The supplier app that never loads when you finally have a free minute to order.
  • The 6am scramble when you open and the last case of oat milk is already half empty.
  • Someone texts the group chat that oat milk is low, and nobody orders it. One missed Odeko order is a weekend without oat milk.

With Parly

One count becomes what sold, what you used, and what to order.

  • Count your stockroom from your phone in about 15 minutes, by category. Anyone on shift can run it.
  • Parly reads your sales and recipes. 47 Iced Matcha sold becomes 94g matcha, 564 oz oat milk, 47 cups used.
  • You get a supplier order grouped by cutoff, already filled in. Odeko closes at 10:50, and you make it.
  • Nothing slips. You know what sold, what you used, and what to order before the deadline.

Why I built it

I built Parly behind the bar at my own NYC specialty coffee cafe, because counting 60 SKUs three times a week on a Google Sheet was eating our mornings.

Six months in, our manager runs every count, usually from his phone, and his last two timed counts both came in under 10 minutes. I did not set out to build software. I set out to get my mornings back.

2

Count your stockroom

Walk your storage room with your phone. Tap through items by category, enter quantities, and submit. About 15 minutes, and anyone on your team can run it.

3

Send the order Parly builds

Parly reads your count against what sold, works out what you used, and hands you a supplier order grouped by cutoff. You confirm and send.

Modifier accuracy

A latte is not one recipe.

Oat or whole. Iced or hot. Extra shot. Every modifier changes what leaves your shelves, and most inventory tools lose the thread the moment a drink gets customized. Parly maps every Square modifier to real ingredients, so your usage numbers match what your team actually poured.

  • Oat milk instead of whole? Parly deducts oat milk, not whole.
  • Iced instead of hot? The cup, the lid, and the recipe all change.
  • Extra shot? The beans come out of your count too.

From your Square sales

47 x Iced Matcha Latteoat milk

Parly deducts exactly what they used
  • matcha94 g
  • oat milk564 oz
  • cups, lids, and straws47

Swap the milk, add a shot, or make it hot and the deductions change with it. No thousand-variation recipe setup.

Roles and permissions

Your team counts. Your numbers stay yours.

Handing staff the count should not mean handing them your P&L. Everyone gets exactly the access their job needs, and you decide the rest.

Team member

Counts, tasks, and today's schedule from their phone.

No revenue, margins, or wages.

Manager

Recipes, ordering, suppliers, and tasks.

Reports and wages stay owner-only unless you grant them.

Owner

Everything, plus a permission matrix to decide who sees what.

Parly Assistant

Stop digging through reports. Just ask.

Parly Assistant answers questions about your own sales, inventory, labor, and forecasts in plain language, straight from your Square data. No report building, no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

  • Answers grounded in your real numbers, not generic AI guesses.
  • Sales, inventory, labor, costs, pastries, and forecasts, all in one place.
  • Read-only and private. It reports; it never changes your data or places orders.

Included on Pro and Business plans.

Assistant

Ask about your sales, inventory, and forecasts.

Which day has the highest labor cost?
