So is bill pay, in the US, and neither carries a per-transaction fee. That is priced for a desk with a stack of paper on it, and somebody doing the books.
What each drink actually used
MarginEdge reads your POS sales too, and sets them against your invoices to tell you what the day cost. An invoice tells you what arrived. It never tells you what got poured. Twelve customers ask for oat on a latte today. Your milk delivery does not change and neither does the receipt total, but the oat carton empties anyway. Parly reads the ticket that carried the swap, so the oat comes off your shelf and the whole milk stays on it.

Where MarginEdge wins
If the worst job in your week is sorting invoices and closing the books, MarginEdge is the right answer and Parly is not. Hand them the whole pile. In the US they pay the bills, and their P&L comes off what you were actually charged. Parly reads one invoice to update a pack cost, then stops.
