A MarketMan alternative built for one cafe on Square

A 60-item cafe with about 10 suppliers, counted a few times a week, generates a trickle of invoices, not the flood MarketMan's invoice-OCR engine is priced around. What a specialty cafe actually loses track of is modifier-level consumption, and that is the one thing a live sold-versus-used read handles that an invoice-first system does not center on.

Where MarketMan wins

Be straight about it: Parly does no invoice scanning, no daily profit-and-loss statement, no accounting export, and no multi-location rollups. It is Square-only, and it is not Square's endorsed partner. If you run several locations, or your real daily job is reconciling supplier invoices and closing the month, MarketMan is built for that and Parly is not.
