What QuickStok is built for

QuickStok is built for an independent cafe that wants pars and costs without wiring anything up first. Everything runs off the receipt. You forward supplier invoices by email or upload a screenshot or a PDF, and it pulls out each line item with its quantity and price. Staff count the shelves from any device using a PIN, category by category. QuickStok turns those two inputs into an average weekly usage rate, then reads that against your supplier's lead time to tell you how many days of stock are left. It also offers a Square connection for what its own page calls sales-driven usage predictions, and it works fine for a cafe that never connects a POS at all.

What each drink actually used

Both tools end at an order sheet, and on paper both read Square. QuickStok's page says every shot and swap is costed, off your latest receipt prices. So what happens to one swap? Parly works it out from the sale itself, one ticket at a time, modifiers applied. 47 iced matcha lattes become 94g of matcha, 564oz of oat milk, and 47 cups. Twelve of those get swapped to whole milk at the register, and twelve drinks' worth of oat stays on the shelf. Neither page settles it. Ask both of us to demo an oat swap on a latte and watch where the oat comes off.
